Hello readers,

I’m writing from the library today not from the Wantirna Knox area where I usually work and I’m excited to blog about World Photography Day, which is celebrated on August 19.

World Photography Day is all about appreciating photography for the way it evokes emotions, tells stories, and captures moments in time. What I love most is how photos can be saved and shared with family and friends, keeping memories alive.

To celebrate this day, why not pull out your old favourite photos or take some new ones? You could also visit a photography exhibit. There’s a great one called MAPh – Museum of Australian Photography in Wheelers Hill. It sounds like a fantastic place to explore!

If you enjoy taking pictures on your mobile, try editing them and posting them online. See what kind of feedback you get it’s a fun way to connect and grow. Get creative! And if you know a thing or two about photography, pass it on to someone else.

Hope you have a great day and thank you for reading my blog!
