Teas and Their Benefits

Hello, readers! 

I'm writing from home today, not from Wantirna Knox area, and I thought of a blog topic that might be interesting drinking tea and its benefits.


For thousands of years, different cultures have enjoyed tea, especially in colder weather. Tea originated in China, and don’t we all love a good cup on a cold day or alongside a meal?


Now, onto the benefits of drinking tea. It can kick start your metabolism, especially black and green tea, which are also anti-inflammatory and can improve attention span. Other teas, like chamomile, can soothe your mood, have a calming effect, and help with sleep.


Moving on to lavender tea, it can help with acne, has anti-inflammatory properties, and supports tired muscles. 


Tea can be incredibly healthy for you, so I hope you experiment with different types to see what suits you best this winter.
