Smart goals

Good morning, everyone. I'm in the Uber going to the Wantirna Knox area for work. I'm excited to be able to work; it gives good balance and structure. I think I'll talk about structure today. The best way I keep structure is by setting goals for myself. SMART goals are amazing: specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. It's a very easy way of setting goals. I also find writing to-do lists helpful, which I don't do enough, and prioritizing what's urgent, what's not urgent, and what needs to be done first. I find once I have this all written down, I feel much better organized in my head, and having a daily routine, like waking up at the same time every day, is a healthy routine. Thanks for reading.
