I'm writing from work today in the Wantirna Knox area. As we’re coming to the end of Mental Health Awareness Month, I wanted to share some ideas for things you can do.
The first one is an early morning yoga session, which is held at some local gyms. It gets the blood pumping and produces endorphins, which are the “feel good” chemicals that are great for mental health.
Next, visiting a petting zoo is a great way to relax, which is excellent for mental health.
Another idea is planning a "Plant a Tree" day to get out in the fresh air, or you could conduct a gratitude workshop where a group of people writes down what they’re grateful for.
