Hello everyone I’m writing abroad not from Wantirna Knox , this blog might be interesting to some of you, and maybe boring to others. Well, here I go. I'm going to write about my experience of trying to give up smoking cigarettes and some things I do that help me when I have cravings for a cigarette.
First, I like to go on holiday away from where I normally am. Some sort of change so I am not bored; a change of scenery like going up to the country or when I have work, so I'm not thinking about smoking cigarettes.
Breathing techniques can work too, as well as meditation techniques. Also, having a glass of water helps.
There's a whistle you can get from the pharmacy, which helped me a lot, but of course, use it by the instruction of a medical professional.
If you're giving up, remember there was a time you didn’t smoke. I hope I've helped in any way. Thanks for reading.
