winter cold and how i got better

Hello readers

 I’m writing from home today, not the Wantirna Knox area where I work. I’ve had a couple of days off work. Unfortunately, I’ve caught a cold so I’m not feeling that well I’ve had heaps of time to rest, and I’ve been taking vitamin C And apple cider vinegar with honey and lemon the apple cider vinegar.

 it can be harsh on the throat so don’t have too much just a tablespoon if you want to try it and most of all I’ve been keeping up with taking Echinacea, I take 3 tablets daily and mums chicken soup has been amazing.

 you're probably wondering what I do with all my time, sometimes I sit in the garden sometime with a tea if it is not too cold and otherwise watching Netflix or resting.

 I’ve slept so much I feel like I’m in hibernation keep warm and healthy.
