I’m working from home today instead of my usual locations in Wantirna and Knox, and I wanted to take a moment to share something important. I’m going to write about staying healthy over the holidays.
If you’re busy running around going to parties and gatherings, there are a couple of things you can do to stay healthy.
One tip is to use a small plate at parties or gatherings so you don’t eat as much. Another is to stay hydrated often we can mistake being dehydrated for being hungry, so keep a water bottle near you this holiday season.
I know this next one can be hard with how busy the holidays get, but try to prioritize good sleep if you can. And the last tip (which you’re probably already doing during the busy holiday period) is to keep up regular walking or some kind of exercise. It can make a big difference.
