Good afternoon, readers!

 I’m working from home this afternoon instead of at Wantirna Knox, where I usually work. 


While writing blogs, I was listening to music and thought music therapy would be a fantastic topic to write about.


Music has always helped me so much—it relaxes me, gives me motivation, and lifts my mood. There’s a song for every situation, whether it’s for meditation, romance, or even head-banging rock and roll. 


As you can see, music has a big impact on how we feel!

In music therapy, it’s not just about listening to songs—you can also learn to play instruments like the guitar, drums, or flute. 


Music therapy has incredible benefits: it can boost your mood, improve your cognitive function, and help you de-stress.
