My luck, I'm running late to work again! Luckily, I'm not too far from Wantirna Knox. I'm sitting here at work thinking about what is appropriate to share and what is not—what constitutes oversharing about myself. This is my third blog post, and I'm still learning, so I wanted to talk about a healthy life. I take care of my health because being healthy sets a foundation for having a good work career. They say if your cup is empty, then you have nothing to give. It is better to prioritize yourself and be one hundred percent, filling your cup fully. I do this by staying hydrated, drinking water, and getting eight hours of sleep a night. I encourage sleep by spraying lavender essential oil on my bed and diffusing frankincense. I also have a healthy diet, so I have a smoothie every morning. It has all kinds of fruit, linseed, almond, sesame seeds, spirulina, and yogurt. This all helps fill your cup, which helps set a great work-life foundation.
