My fitness goals

Good afternoon, readers,


I’m writing from home today, not from the Wantirna Knox area where I work, and I thought I’d write about exercise. We all dread it sometimes, but we love the healthy feeling after a great workout.


I’m trying to go for three walks around the block each week, which is my own goal. When I was more motivated, I used to do two-hour group fitness classes a week.


 I loved Body Pump a weights class with heaps of lunges and squats. I also enjoyed Strong for Life, which is more low-key, but I noticed a big difference from it.


Exercise can be great for your mental health as well, and it helps you sleep better at night. It’s always important to stay hydrated and maintain a healthy diet too.


I’ve found that joining a gym is much cheaper than paying for services separately. Plus, you can enjoy the pool, sauna, and spa if your gym has those facilities!
