Thanks for Stopping By!

Today, I’m writing from the comfort of my home rather than my usual spot in Nunawading. It is Mental Health Month this October, and this year's theme is connection: together we thrive.

So, to explain this, I'm going to write what " together we thrive " means to me. Most of all, to me it means to ask for help when you're struggling or just want to talk about something to get it off your chest and to support each other.

Together, don’t hold on to things and do them alone; a problem shared is a problem halved, a lot of the time.

When I share what's going on for me, I get great solutions to my problem, especially because it’s an outsider's point of view, or just being listened to makes me feel less burdened, and it can feel like the weight has been lifted off, like carrying the world around but not having to, so together we thrive.

Thank you for reading our Mental Health Month blog! 💚 We hope it inspires you to take care of yourself, stay connected, and remember that your mental health matters.
