Hello readers,
I’m writing from our office today in the Wantirna Knox area, and I want to talk about something important dehydration. Since it’s summertime, most of us try to stay hydrated, but sometimes, due to the weather or illnesses, we can still become dehydrated.
Some common symptoms to watch out for include feeling very thirsty, having a dry mouth or lips, feeling dizzy or lightheaded, headaches, dark coloured urine, and feeling unusually tired or weak. Paying attention to these signs and drinking enough fluids can help keep you healthy and feeling your best.
Stay hydrated by drinking water regularly, eating fruits like watermelon, cucumber, and oranges, and having herbal teas or diluted juices. It’s also helpful to avoid too many sugary or caffeinated drinks, which can dehydrate you, and to carry a water bottle with you, especially when it’s hot or you’re active.
