Hello readers,


I’m writing from home today, rather than my usual spot in Nunawading.

Since it’s Men’s Health Month this June, I wanted to share how you can get involved in raising awareness. This year’s theme is "Partners in Care: For Better Lifespans Across the Lifespan." To show your support, you can wear blue on June 5, 12, 19, and 26. We also celebrate International Men's Health Week from June 15th to the 21st.


You can use this month as a reminder to book a medical check-up for vital screenings like blood pressure, cholesterol, and prostate health. It is also a great time to focus on your emotional well-being by starting honest conversations with friends or joining peer support groups like Mr Perfect or The Men’s Table. 


Finally, consider using the 2026 digital toolkit to share health resources and advocate for awareness across your social media channels.
