Hello Readers,
I'm writing from home today not from the Wantirna Knox area where I usually work.
It’s Mental Health Month this October, and I’m going to be writing about wellbeing for people experiencing mental health challenges or not. Wellbeing is an important part of everyone’s life.
Taking care of your mental health matters. For example, if you’re feeling burnt out from work, caring for a loved one, or just not getting any time for yourself, try things like meditation, reaching out for support, or taking a break from stressful environments by setting boundaries.
Another key part of wellbeing is physical exercise. Try to get moving it helps you get out of your head and into the present moment. You’ll feel better, more focused, and it can really boost your mood.
Of course, eating healthy is important too eat lots of fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water, and don’t forget about sleep. That’s a big one for me. They say we need 7 to 8 hours a night. You can try using aromatherapy oils or drinking chamomile tea before bed that really helps me get a good night’s rest.
Also, surround yourself with people who uplift you and make you feel good being around positive energy makes a big difference.
And lastly, set goals. They give you a sense of achievement and purpose. Start small little goals are just as powerful. thanks for reading my blogs
