How are small businesses really doing?

Hello everyone!

I'm so grateful to work for a small business, and seeing it grow has been amazing, from opening a community centre where we run a day program with arts and crafts and games, to the little things like running hot water in the kitchen and installing internet. 

A small step toward a better future, but things have been tough as well. I answer the calls because I'm the administration and marketing officer; when I started there, there were heaps of calls. 

Now the mobile rings not as much. I do wonder if it's because of some NDIS changes, or if people already found services that they want because the NDIS has been out for so long. 

Also, I have seen other small businesses not have as many customers; either it could be the economy, or I feel for small businesses these days.
