Melbourne Care Services is a boutique service provider by design. We intentionally support a smaller group of participants so we can deliver highly personalised, responsive, and genuinely person-centred care.
Our goal is not to compete with or dominate the disability or aged care sector. Our focus is simple: ensuring the people we support feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported.
This approach allows us to maintain continuity of care, build strong relationships, and deliver customised supports aligned with individual needs.

Leadership & Experience
Melbourne Care Services is a proudly owner-led organisation. Our leadership has worked in the disability and care sector since January 2020, including senior management and franchise leadership roles.

Founder / Director Message
Melbourne Care Services was established with a clear purpose: to provide care that is ethical, accountable, and genuinely person-centred.
I have worked in the disability and care sector for many years and have seen firsthand how quality can be lost when services grow too quickly. That is why Melbourne Care Services remains intentionally boutique — allowing us to focus on people, not numbers.
Our responsibility is significant, and we take it seriously. Every decision we make is guided by safety, dignity, and respect for the people who trust us with their care.
